Hi Isaac, I had to take my THS720 apart once and it wasn't too hard. I don't remember how accessible or repairable the LCD was, but you might explore it a little. The LCD likely has its filters and backlight diffuser attached with tape. Maybe you could use the filter from a portable DVD player. At the time I fixed mine (it had a dirty connector inside that just needed cleaning), I asked Tektronix about parts. I seem to recall they had a flat rate, over a thousand dollars.
