I have a friend who has a Tektronix 2445 150MHz quad trace scope that just
died.

When he turned it on it crackled and gave up the magic smoke.

As it's getting on a bit (like me) - he doesn't want to get it repaired.=20

Is there anyone on the list who wants it (for free)?

Alternatively Altrincham, Cheshire or Preston, Lancs (near M6 J31a) if you
want to pick it up in work time.
