DKs method of dealing with dumb eport regs is better than Mouser's - with M=
ouser, if your order
contains export controlled items (like Xbee or wifi modules, seriously) the=
y email you a form to
complete, which can add 2 days to the delivery time.=20

I sometimes  find Mouser are cheaper than Digikey, other than that I regard=
 them as pretty much
equivalent, and choice fo who to order from is often down to where  a parti=
cular item in an order is
in stock .=20
