Personally, from Australia, I've been very happy with them - often taking advantage of that free shipping offer. They deliver quickly (typically three days, to the other side of the world, for free...) and, when not everything can be supplied immediately, they'll split the shipment and ever= y part of it remains free - and usually only a week behind the rest of the order. I've also found that their stock status is accurate (unlike say Element 14) - in dozens of orders I've never had a nasty surprise. But it only takes a minute and has never been a problem for me. Different experiences for different folks, but Digikey is my preferred supplier.
