Everybody has their own way of saying "go away". Digikey doesn't need
orders from out of the continent. Also, they play it very safe with
regard to rules and regulations, and when there is a question, they
quite often take the long, expensive route, choosing to interpret things
as conservatively as possible.

Anyway, when it happens, I try to spot "go away" as quickly as possible
so as not to waste my time.
