This is something of a guess, but all of the peripheral lib instructions I
can think of...that I've used...that I've looked up definitions for...are
macros.  Macros compile substituted code right where they appear, and so
placing the desired plib-related code inside the appropriate segment
declarations (or however it's done) ought to result in having the code end
up there.
