Likely some small thing that you have misunderstood.  If the code goes
through the sim correctly then it is not a problem with your code, but more
likely pic setup, interrupt firing, hardware problem hidden by timing
issues.

Please specify which version of Jal you are using and the libs that you are
using, if any.
