I had an LCD TV and a wireless desktop, to using keyboard,=20 mouse, and composite TV was easier for me. If you have a USB - RS232=20 converter and jumper wires that might be easy. And OP's ssh was easy if=20 none of the above is available. The nice thing is that it just works. Ssh would just work with the=20 Raspbian image, as it has user account pi already set up.
