All, I have collected a megabyte worth of waveform data from my scope which I=20 would like to perform a FFT on. The data is from a sine wave which was=20 generated with a TTL crystal oscillator and a filter. I'd like to see=20 just how well the filter is reducing the harmonics and how clean the=20 sine is. Can anybody recommend a simple Windows program for doing this? I don't=20 have access to Matlab and both Octave and Scilab seem to have a learning=20 curve that I'd rather tackle another time. For what it is worth the scope (a Rigol DS1052) has FFT which looks=20 acceptable, harmonics are <-32dB down. However I'd like to visualise it=20 on the PC if possible.
