1. How does anyone become as brazen and cynical and self serving and
sleazy and dishonest and manipulative and plain downright evil as

2. How is it possible that there is an unlimited supply of suckers to
make them rich.

3. How does US law allow this when eg NZ law would have them in deep
trouble asap.
