FWIW, I would remove these.

Who is NOT going to say yes to these 3 criteria? It's something that's
very qualitative, and almost impossible to quantize.

It's fluff IMHO that doesn't serve a purpose. Whether a person has these
qualities will be easily determined from if not the resume, the phone
interview will most certainly make it clear.
