I'm playing around with designs for a line level audio switcher. It will switch N stereo inputs into 1 stereo output. I like the idea of using relays because the application circuit should be very simple and offer low noise and low distortion. Here is my proposed circuit: http://i.imgur.com/OvqLY.png I also want to avoid "pops" that may occur because of DC bias on the input. The large value resistors that are parallel with the relay contacts are there to DC couple the signal which, I'd hope, would prevent loud pop/click sounds on the audio when switched. I know enough to know that good audio circuits can be deceptively complicated.
