The table has also a mistake (which I've let ituncorrected by purpose
even I saw it after publish).  I'm glad you have understood how it
works, because nobody reported this yet.
Unfortunately at EDN the whole paper is re-edited, so a bunch of
mistakes may appear.
I have attached for you the original article. It has 137Kb, so it
doesn't go at piclist.
