You should be able to find equivalents anywhere in the world

You can buy glycol-based or powder pigments to tint polyester
as well as fillers like titanium dioxide, pearlite, talc, some sawdusts
etc. If clarity isn't an issue, general-purpose resins intended for
fibreglassing will do

For best results, try to have no surfaces exposed to the air whilst
curing, as oxygen is an inhibitor and the surface could stay tacky
or poorly-cured down to ~ 1mm. Laminating film or metals are
good covers
