Yes, that occured to me - Once there was only ".inc",
but now ".dev" too, and Bog knows what else - And
where to get them...

Jan-Erik is correct about just importing the hex file into
the programmer app, of course - That'll do for now.

Any thoughts about MPLAB X? I don't hear a lot of
weeping & gnashing of teeth, so maybe it works?
