I think OP wants to get it work from MPLAB (maybe fo debugging too?). I can't see this device as was supported by MPLAB from this list. Btw, years back I tried copying the device support files to the MPLAB's directory and as far as I remember it worked at least for programming a device. Not sure if this is still true?
