I would open the meter up and disable high voltage ranges if I feel
that Stupid would be around!

I usually work with mine (yellow case) under ~5V and I believe it is
worth $4.99 to work under that voltage range. Simple equation 5v ~
$4.99.

So I would buy it again for my tasks without any questions. I would
also let my son use it on his arduino.
