I have used PCBUniverse before for a two-sided design with 5 mill trace-space. It was an arrayed board with about 25 per panel. While they did come through and did do trace testing, there were about two marked bad boards per panel, which complicated assembly. Board quality was OK. Mask alignment wasn't excellent. The boards were delayed because of the issues. I would not use them again for this design, but would consider for a less stringent design. The price was good. I was told these were unusual problems, so maybe it was a fluke issue.
