Check out Maxim's MAX3000E series of 8-channel Level Translators. They work=
 down to as low as 1.2V and up to 5.5V. I used a=A0MAX3001E=A0to match leve=
ls between a MPU running on 5V and an RF Transceiver at 3V. They are bidire=
ctional (MAX3000E, MAX3001E, MAX3002E, MAX3003E) or unidirectional (MAX3004=
--MAX3012). Maxim will supply samples if you only need 1 or 2.
