Jan-Erik seems to have found a way to eliminate the section in absolute mode, but I haven't found a way yet to switch that. Probably because I have code/udata sections in the program, it will disable that switch automatically. Anyway, thanks for the reference to Olin and Alan's comments... I'll edit the .lkr and try to get those extra instructions to move up.
