Haha. You probably wouldn't know of it Sean, but there was a
British comedian called Tony Hancock back in the 50s & 60s
who had very popular radio series. One episode in 1955 was
about him buying a kitset TV, OTS sets being horrendously
expensive and small

Of course, he was no TV builder and it didn't work. Asked if
it had been earthed he replied, incredulously, "Yes, very nearly
two bucketfuls"
