I don't have a data plan so I find having external usd very important. My machine is used as a media center more than 50% of the time. So storage space is crucial. I got a galaxy tab, waiting to get a galaxy note 10.1 when my telco plan due for renewal (telco here subsidizes handset/tablet ).
