Hi Dwayne, I have a few Android devices and based on my experiences, I'd say the Nexus 7 is a good choice. First off, since it has 4.1 you have a little more time before it's completely obsolete, probably two years (and the price isn't too high so the limited lifespan won't sting so much when you need to move on). I have a Galaxy Player running 2.3 that's going to be pretty useless for web browsing or new apps real soon. Next, they will sell a lot of them so you can expect good hacks to be available. And it isn't an off-brand, denied access to the official app store. Seven inches is a good size because you can hold it securely with one hand, but it's not so small that you can't read a book on it. Good time to re-read the Edgar Rice Burroughs "Mars" series: http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/62 Best regards, Bob On Fri, Aug 10, 2012, at 12:03 PM, Dwayne Reid wrote: > Good day to all. >=20 > I'm considering the purchase of a Google Nexus 7.
