I even checked out the tags descriptions (there are 2 on the same page,=20 adding to the possibility of ambiguity). And I say this tongue in cheek: Noting that the distinction is in the=20 direction of funds transfer, I recall a time when I posted a general=20 anecdote just to share info, but got replies asking me to further=20 describe the problem so they could help.
