[BUY] People looking for parts, equipment, or consultants will use this
topic.
In all cases, money (or equivalent) is flowing from the person making
the post.

[AD] This is for advertisements of a commercial product or service.
In these cases, money (or equivalent) flowing to the person making the
post.

Since a job offer implies you will be paying, the post is a [BUY].
