In the CCP section, "Compare mode", it says :

When a match occurs, the CCP1 module may:
- Toggle the CCP1 output.      <<<=3D=3D=3D  Note!
- Set the CCP1 output.
- Clear the CCP1 output.

The compare mode with toggle output on match is 0010 - see page 129 of=20
PIC16F631 and family (includes the 690) DS4126D   2007.
