Hi,

Not all automatic transmission technologies are the same.AFAIK, DSG
(direct shift gearbox) is the best in efficiency and performance,
which you have in your Tigan. Porsche and Lamborghini are planning on
using DSG on their new vehicles. This is my -2cents (:
