In the UK, if you pass your driving test in an automatic, you cannot legall=
y drive a manual(stick) car.

If you pass in a manual, you can drive both.

The new European licences show the vehicle class as "B" for cars, but the d=
riving license for the automatic=20
drivers has a subcode 78 to show Auto only.
