An OD is an output with just a low-side FET, and would be OK
to connect to a float voltage (within pin spec). However, you
would only be able to drive it '0'. A '1' on an OD output is made
by the external pull-up when the FET is turned off. As the LDO
has a mid-supply divider you won't be able to get that '1'

But better that than float a digital input
