Pasternack sells Twinax BNC to Twinax BNC cables, and even stocks some
in certain lengths, but will custom make others

Dont know if you specifically require those Amphenol connectors, or
just a twinax connector though.

I do feel your pain though as Ive assembled concentric twinax
connectors, and yes, they take a while to assemble, much longer than a
normal bnc (especially if you have one of the specialized stripping
tools for the RG58/59)
