Have had two globes, 1 x 100 watt and 1 x 275 watt explode in a
"Bathroom Heaters & Exhaust Fan with Light" over the last couple of
days.

Suspect it is because the heater lights can be turned on without the
fan running.  I am unable to find the install instructions on the web
so i cant be sure if it has been installed incorrectly.  Anyone know
for sure if the fan should be wired so it must come on if the heater
light is on.

Google seems to indicate that exploding lights might be more common
than I initially thought but no mention of bathroom heater lights.
