The reason I like custom boards is that I travel quite a bit and a bunch=20 of boards plugged together with cables/connectors everywhere gets messy=20 and usually results in damages wires, shorts, etc. Occasionally I'll=20 put a bunch of boards on a plastic/acrylic plate that I'd CNC-machine to=20 fit everything.
