Just getting back into playing with LCDs. I initially want 2.5 x 7-seg digi=
ts to display up to "199".=20

Looking around, I may have to get a controller IC that supports larger disp=
lays, but the price is low enough for messing about with.

However, do 2.5 digit controllers exist, or do I need to get at least a 3 d=
igit one?

Also, anyone have favourite display/driver combinations for simple experime=
ntation?
