At least one license will be stand-alone because I=20 often do not have Internet access when I'm on site at a customer's location= .. I really like the idea of the cloud-based authentication because it=20 lets me have the software installed on more machines than we have=20 licenses for. As you note, we can use only the number of machines=20 that we have licenses for at any one time.
