I have a similar need and I don't like using adhesive to stick paper patterns to the wood. Accurate but messy. Something like a pantograph with steppers and a laser would be fairly simple One thought I had last week but haven't tried yet is perhaps the toner-transfer method I use for PCBs. Transfering the toner would be easy enough, but getting the paper off without soaking the wood might be the tricky bit. Perhaps steaming or a wet towel Joe --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
