I have a board that currently uses a  Samsung micro ( S3F9454BZZDK94 )=20
in a 20 pin DIP package.

What I'd like to do is replace it with a PIC (or AVR at a pinch) and not=20
have to learn another micro's ways or find an IDE for it.

Vss is on pin 1 and Vdd is on pin 20.  This is opposite than some other=20
micros that have their pins "up the top".

This is not a one-off replacement by the way and it ideally needs to be=20
a plug in replacement.  Has anyone else been down this path before?
