Hello,

I need a +3.3V LDO Vreg which either sources no current or it
quickly turns on and sources +3.3V, depending on if it can
actually source +3.3V without error.

So far the way I'm doing it is via an LP2951, which has an
~Error output pin, I use the pin to command a NPN->PNP switch
which will enable the output.

But space on board and component count is a problem, let away
that the PNP pass transistor doesn't have 0 VCE(sat).

Is there / do You know a +3.3V LDO Vreg with integrated output
switch that will turn on only when the Vout error is cleared?

100mA is OK and Vin max is +30V. Cheap is preferable. Small is
better, even better if it's a simple 3-pin package.
