support, Hex editor, difference tool, Column edits plus what you want (exte=
rnal change notification).=A0 Major plus points for me are the synchronised=
 moving, inbuilt diff tool.=A0 You can choose to make a file read only whil=
e in the editor to prevent you accidentally changing it.
