It looks horribly dated, but will probably work. Most free software zealots like myself are on Linux or related platforms, where programs like Evince, Okular and the like deal with PDF, [E]PS, and many other vector formats. Evince appears to be available for Windows too [2]. On Linux/Gnome platforms, it's fantastic, but I don't have any personal experience of its behaviour on Windows.
