After research, my best candidate is to replace the Vreg from the actual LP= 2950 to a LP2951, and connect its ~ERROR output to MCLR, possibly directly = (to save components). What do you think about my solution? :o >Hello folks, > >I have a PIC321xx application where I cannot ensure that Vcc rises fast en= ough. > >The net effect, coming without surprise, is that sometimes the MPU=20 >doesn't start at all (not even the LPRC Timer starts, or at least I'm=20 >sure that enabling the WatchDog didn't help), unless I manually reset it. > >How would you automatize this with the least possible number of=20 >cheapest possible components? > >Or, can you suggest a cheap <500mV@100mA LDO voltage regulator with=20 >reset management (or equivalent "power good" feature) capable of at=20 >least 100mA at 3.3V fixed voltage output, and a voltage input of at least = 30V? > >Thanks! >Mario --=20 http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
