Once had a woman claiming to be a lab tech in front of me in line at the lo=
cal (big chain) supermarket buying several bottles of 99% IPA.  She said it=
 was for the lab, and MUCH cheaper than buying it through the usual lab sup=
pliers (plus, no hazmat shipping charges.  Plus (apparently) no restriction=
 on concentration (Ca has some sort of "can't be used unless diluted to at =
least 90% rule.  Or something.))

IPA is the usual reason why the Tech bench of electronics companies ends up=
 with a hazmat locker and disposal issues.  Flammable liquid, you know.  Pr=
obably "known to the state of California to be suspected of maybe being rel=
ated to something that might cause cancer.
