I read today that it will cost GBP 100 to fill a Mondeo with unleaded=20
petrol with prices at 1.51 /l or over GBP 6.59 an imperial gallon. Gosh I=20
used to think 75p a gallon was expensive, but then my pay was only 20 quid=

a week in 1976.
