I don't doubt the host is some part of the problem.  I've had a lot of =20
issues with them in the past few months, and they recently decided =20
that the best time to do backups is at 7am EST for a few hours.  It =20
literally takes me 15 mins (yes, literally) to get into my email in =20
the morning, so I have to leave them anyway.  But I must get my email =20
first.
