It can handle 12A. Hell, yes! I've been searching for suitable MOSFEs for a couple of days now but=20 with limited success. That's why I decided to do the boosted voltage=20 for gate drive. I had also assumed that N-channel MOSFETs had better characteristics=20 than P-channel, even though I'd MUCH rather use a P-channel. Many thanks for this little tidbit of information - I think that it=20 just solved my problem!
