Current US price for Designer 10 including the subscription for new version= s is US $6995.00. Not sure how willing Altium is to allow license re-sale/transfers currently= .. In the past (1998 - 2005) they approved all of the license re-sale/transfer= s that were requested. However, they made it clear in the 2003 and newer EULA= s that you need prior written approval from Altium before you can sell your license. In other countries you may have rights of re-sale but, do to the September 2010 court ruling in the Vernor v. Autodesk, Inc. appeal, in the USA the right to re-sell software may require the vendors approval (depends on the EULA).
