If the world is awash with discounted Altium Designer deals then this
is not a good one.
If it's not, then it may be.

I have Altium Designer 4 which I do not intend to upgrade for my own use.

I have been offered Altium Designer 10 with free upgrade to AD12 when
available plus (I think) Altium Subscription.
The offer runs until March 31st.

I'm advised that full price for AD10/AD12 and for AD subscription will
be $NZ6,650 & $NZ1,995  thereafter.

The upgrade offer price is $NZ3350 or about $5295 less than the $8645
for he two packages.

Multiply$NZ by about 0.82  for $US at present

I do not know how these prices compare to what AD is being offered for
elsewhere.

Is anyone interested in making me a sensible offer for by AD4 with
upgrade rights?

If so the midpoint between 3350 and 8645 NZ is about $6000NZ. About $4800 U=

At that price I'd get 6000-3350 =3D $2650NZ or about $US2120  - perhaps
a bit on the low side IF these prices are going US etc prices as well.

Lets say 80% of new =3D $NZ68916 =3D $US5696
I get $US2937 in the hand.

If the market is awash in cheap Altium deals this may be no bargain at all.
