I buy from RS in NZ.
Components may come from the NZ warehouse or Australia or UK.
UK takes about 6-10 days AFAIR.
They do not charge any extra for parts from UK.
Website  says where stock is.

Delivery here us painless. I've never had to pay extra for UK sourced
material. Turns up with local courier the same as for NZ source
orders.
