Anyone Stateside deal with RS in the UK?

Their website claims they ship overseas, without elaboration
(How? How much?), and their registration insists on append-
ing "United Kingdom" to my address.

There does'nt seem to any way to contact them, except toll
calls to Blighty, and placing an order online requires my credit
info before any mention of shipping.

I'm guessing the money-transfer part works; but need a hint
about the rest of it...
