Hi Gus, I do not have any particular product in my mind but if you really need to go through Ethernet then probably you would need to search for "KVM over IP". There are other products that use the CAT5 / CAT6 cabling system, so you can use the patch panels and cables that you also can use for Ethernet and Phone infrastructure so you do not need re-cabling (that does not let you go through more than 1000 feet I guess but if that works for you then you might can get a better speed and other parameters than on an 'over IP' version).
