They are equipped with=20 self-lowering devices to cut maintenance costs- much better than the old cobra neck=20 fixtures- a couple of guys in a small truck can do all the maintenance. There are some experimental LED fixtures on a non-controlled-access=20 road near my home, but I don't think they are as good as the newer non-LED type (some kind of white-light discharge lamp)- they're installed side by side, so it's=20 easy to compare.
